Prologis REIT Management K.K. is the asset manager for Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc., with the investment objective of acquiring and owning “Class-A” logistics facilities in Japan, playing a key role in supporting Japan's basic infrastructure and economy. Contributing to the supply chain efficiencies in the industry, “Class-A” logistics facilities fulfill specific criteria with respect to size, location, functionality and safety, providing operational efficiencies to our customers.
